This Privacy Policy explains how KIL Construction ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information through kilcon.work, including project photos we publish from our own Facebook Page.

Information We Collect

Contact form

When you send us a message, we collect:

• Name and email address
• Phone number and address (optional)
• Your message or project details

Your message is sent to our business email inbox. It is not saved in the website's own database.

Customer reviews

When you submit a review, we collect:

• Your name, project type, and location (optional)
• Your rating and review text
• A photo, if you choose to upload one
• Whether you allow us to show your full name and to use your review in marketing

Reviews are checked before they appear on the site. An approved review shows your rating, review text, project type, location (if you gave one), photo (if you uploaded one), the date, and any reply from us. Your name is shown as your first name and last initial unless you choose to show your full name. Review records and photos are kept in private storage; a review photo is shown only with its approved review.

Apparel orders

Checkout and payment are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own site, under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive and store your name, email address, phone number, and the items you ordered so we can fulfill your order. We do not receive or store your card details.

Cookies and technical data

This site sets essential cookies only, for administrator sign-in. It does not use cookies for advertising, marketing, or analytics. Our forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser and device signals. Limited technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and request details, is processed by our hosting provider for security, performance, and reliability.

Project Photos from Our Facebook Page

Our project galleries may include construction photos that KIL Construction has posted on its own Facebook Page. For those photos, we use Meta's Pages API to copy, from posts published by our Page:

• The photos
• The post text (caption) and date
• The Facebook post and photo IDs and the link to the original post

We do not store information about people who view, like, comment on, or post to our Facebook Page. Notifications Facebook sends us about other people's activity are discarded, and posts by others are never imported. This website does not offer Facebook Login and does not receive information about your Facebook account.

Imported photos and captions are stored with Cloudflare (file storage and database) and are used only to show our own work on this website. The access key that lets our website read our Page is stored securely on our server and is never shown to visitors.

If a post on our Facebook Page is deleted, hidden, or unpublished, and Facebook confirms that it is no longer available, its photos are removed from public display on this website. We keep a private copy for up to 30 days, so the photos can return if the post is restored on Facebook; after that, the photos and their captions are permanently deleted. A temporary error from Facebook is never treated as a removal. Photos we upload to the website ourselves are not affected.

If a photo shows you or your property and you ask us to remove it, then once we have verified your request we delete the photo permanently, without the 30-day recovery period. See Data Deletion.

How We Use Information

We use information only to:

• Respond to inquiries
• Publish approved reviews and our project photos
• Process and fulfill apparel orders
• Operate, secure, and maintain the website

We do not sell personal information.

Third-Party Services

We use the service providers below to run the site. Cloudflare, Resend, our email provider, and Stripe process information only as needed for the purposes above. Meta is the source of the Facebook Page content we import; this website does not send visitors' information to Meta.

• Cloudflare — hosting, file storage, database, security, and spam protection (Turnstile)
• Resend — delivery of contact form messages to our email inbox
• Our email provider — hosts the business inbox where contact messages and deletion requests are received
• Stripe — checkout and payment processing for apparel orders
• Meta (Facebook) — source of the project photos we post on our own Facebook Page

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed:

• Contact messages stay in our business email inbox until they are no longer needed or you ask us to delete them.
• Reviews stay until we remove them or you ask us to delete them.
• Apparel orders are kept as needed for fulfillment, accounting, and applicable legal obligations.
• Facebook project photos are kept while they are published on our Facebook Page and shown on this website. When a removal is confirmed, they are hidden at once and permanently deleted after a recovery period of no more than 30 days.

Our service providers (such as Stripe, our email provider, and our hosting provider) keep their own records and logs under their own policies, and deleted information may remain in automatic backups for a limited time before it expires.

Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, or to remove a review or an imported project photo. Instructions are on our Data Deletion page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
