Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete information we hold about you, or to remove content from kilcon.work. This page explains how, and what we can and cannot delete.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email kil.con.contact@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us what you want deleted. For example:
   • A link to the project photo or gallery page
   • The name and approximate date of your review
   • The email address you used for a message or order
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address you used with us, so we do not remove anything at the request of the wrong person.
4. We will reply by email when the deletion is complete.

What We Delete

• Project photos from our Facebook Page — once your request is verified, we permanently delete the photo, its caption, and its Facebook link from the website and from our storage. The 30-day recovery period described in our Privacy Policy does not apply to deletion requests. We keep only the photo's and post's Facebook IDs, without the image or any text, so the photo is not copied to the website again.
• Reviews — we delete your review and any photo you uploaded with it.
• Contact messages — we delete your message and contact details from our email inbox.
• Apparel orders — we remove your contact details from our order records, except anything we must keep for legal or accounting purposes.

What We Cannot Delete

• Content on Facebook. Removing a photo from this website does not remove it from Facebook. Posts, comments, and messages on Facebook are controlled through Facebook, including Facebook's own reporting and privacy tools.
• Records held by our service providers. Stripe keeps its own payment records, and our email delivery and hosting providers keep delivery and security logs, under their own policies.
• Automatic backups and logs. Deleted information may remain in automatic backups and logs for a limited time until they expire.

Facebook

This website does not use Facebook Login and does not receive information about visitors' Facebook accounts. The only Facebook content we store is what KIL Construction publishes on its own Facebook Page, as described in our Privacy Policy.
